SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders placed with our online store are shipped from our Devold New Zealand Concept Store, 139 Ardmore Street, Wanaka, New Zealand.
Shipping within New Zealand
We are delighted to offer free shipping anywhere within New Zealand when the order value is $150 or more. The postage and packaging fee for orders under $150 is $10.
International Shipping
We ship to the following territories, with our current flat fees noted beside each. If you wish to make an online purchase from a country not included in this list, please contact us at shop@devoldwanaka.co.nz so that we can estimate shipping and arrange payment and delivery with you.

When can I expect to receive the goods?
We try to process all orders on the same day, or the following day depending on time of day order is placed. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Delivery time in New Zealand is between 2-5 days depending on your delivery address.
We will ship your order with our courier to the address you have provided in the order. You can choose, for example, a work address, if you want delivery to your workplace. Our courier makes sure that you receive an SMS (or email) with the estimated delivery time once your product is shipped from our warehouse. Here you will find a tracking link so you can track your shipment.:
- Delivery date (it’s not possible to select a time of day)
- Deliver to neighbour
- Delivery address
- Hold the shipment if you are not at home
- Arrange delivery to a Service Point
You will receive a new alert from our courier once your shipment is out for delivery.
If we are out of stock, you will be informed in a timely manner. It is then up to you to decide whether to wait for the product, change to another product or cancel your order.
If your package is not delivered on time and there is no status via the tracking link you have received, please contact us via shop@devoldwanaka.co.nz or phone +64 (0)21 350 529.
Once it reaches the destination country. The postal service in that country is liable for damage, delays and inconveniences.
