Refund policy
If you change your mind, order the wrong size, or the item doesn't fit right, an exchange or store credit can be applied.
Should you need to clarify anything in order to make a return, please contact Devold customer service at shop@devoldwanaka.co.nz with information about what products you would like to return.
How do I return an order?
We want to make sure you are happy with your Devold product. If for any reason you need to return your item it can be posted to Devold, 139 Ardmore Street, Wanaka, 9305. If we are at fault we will take care of any costs as well as refund or replace. If the return is being made as you have changed your mind regarding size or style then an exchange or store credit can be applied. Should you need to clarify anything in order to make a return, please contact Devold customer service at shop@devoldwanaka.co.nz with information about what products you would like to return.
Any products returned must be unused and possible for us to sell again. That means that any labels, protective plastic etc. must remain.
How long have I got if I want to return it?
From when you receive the parcel, you have 14 days to send it back or to let us know that you are sending it back and then return it as quickly as possible.
If damage occurs, the damaged product must be returned within 14 days for either a repair, replacement or store credit. Any damage that occurs after this timeframe will be considered general wear and tear, as defined by the guidelines outlined in the Consumer Protection Act as per the information provided by Consumer.org.nz. Please contact Devold customer service at shop@devoldwanaka.co.nz with information about the product.
Can I return all types of products?
For reasons of hygiene, we do not allow returns of boxers and hipsters. Please note we do not take responsibility for items that have incurred moth holes.
Does it cost anything to return a product?
Unless Devold is at fault you will need to take care of the postage.
If we have sent you the wrong product, we will of course pay for the return postage. You can contact us so that we can replace it with the correct product and how to return the incorrect product. Please contact Devold customer service at shop@devoldwanaka.co.nz with information about what products you would like to return.

We are sorry, but sometimes this happens here too. Contact us at shop@devoldwanaka.co.nz and we will fix this right away at no expense to you the customer.
Can I swap for another product?
You can do this easily by making a new order for what you wanted instead at no extra cost. Unless Devold is at fault you will need to take care of the postage.
